A nine-week microdosing journey from the Spring Equinox to full flower
18 March β 16 May 2026 Β· 9 weeks Β· Max 20 women
Β£1,247 - Early Bird Β£979 until 1 March
Nature unfolds when the light returns.
So will you.
Spring doesn't have to try. The days lengthen, the soil softens, new shoots emerge.
The same is true of you. There's something inside you, waiting. Your creativity. Your desire. The parts of yourself you haven't fully expressed yet.
What would emerge if the conditions were right?
BLOOM is where you find out.
From doing to blooming.
THE SHIFT
The world we all inhabit β the one that rewards being busy over being present, output over aliveness, looking good over feeling it β isn't just showing its cracks. It is disintegrating all around us.
We have two choices. Get swept up in the newsfeed, numb out, collapse, brace harder, grip tighter. Or choose to rebel. Come back to your body, your desire, your creative power β and be the party at the end of the patriarchy.
This is the most radical act available to any woman right now.
You don't need us to tell you this. You've felt it for years. The way the good life feels dead from the inside. The way your creativity has been waiting for a βquiet timeβ that never arrives. The way you reach Sunday evening and realise you've managed another week beautifully without once really feeling pleasure.
BLOOM is a deliberate pivot. Nine weeks of finding out what's been wintering inside you. The power. The potential. What wants to come alive.
A permanent shift in how you inhabit yourself.
WHY NOW
The revolution that matters is the one happening inside you.
The systems we live in are asking too much of women right now. To hold the fear and outrage but keep smiling. To stay informed without going under. To be angry but not too angry. To keep caring without expecting anything to change.
We've been thinking about what our response to this moment looks like. Not the grand systemic answer β but the thing that's actually in our (immense, but often forgotten) power.
It's this: women who are rooted, expressed, and alive are the antidote. Not women who are managing well or being impressive - but women who have stopped playing along and started taking their desire for change seriously.
BLOOM is built on the belief that the most radical thing you can do right now is refuse to stay busy, stay numb, or stay angry. Come back into your desire. Come back into your body. Come back into what you actually want to create.
"Week by week it felt like we were returning as an increasingly cohesive collective β verbalising different aspects of our experiences and realising resonances among one another."
"The insights, connection to oneself and the group is priceless."
"The group was the cauldron for all the wonderful elements and ingredients to come together."
WHAT THIS IS
Less content.
More space for change.
BLOOM is nine weeks of microdosing in a small group of women, tapping into the intelligence of the season. Our six-week psilocybin protocol runs through Weeks 3β8, bookended by two preparation weeks and a closing integration week.
The medicine is a growing condition, not a forcing agent. It expands what you can notice. What you do with the noticing is where the transformation happens.
Each session is 75β90 minutes: live, experiential, guided by Naz and Rachel. This is NOT a course. There are no modules, no content library. No theory to absorb and forget. Just you, the medicine, the season, and a small group of women β moving through practices that land in the body, not the head. Each week has a theme and a single powerful exercise. You don't study it. You feel it.
This is how wisdom actually sticks. This is how you hone your unique compass inside you β your desire, your creative force, your own deep knowing- and how the conditioning falls away
You can microdose alone β many women do. Whatβs different about microdosing in a group is the depth of change you can expect. The patterns that surface get shared and spoken about, worked on and softened, alchemised in the presence of other women who understand. The group gives you inspiration and insight, momentum and mirrors. It stops this becoming yet another solo project you abandon when life gets busy.
Nine weeks. Four movements.
THE ARC
WEEK 1 The Soil
You are not starting from nothing. You're starting from everything that has already composted in you.
β¦
WEEK 2 What You're Growing
Before dosing begins, you make your intention visible. Not through analysis β through image. The collage your hands make before your mind gets involved.
β¦
WEEK 3 First Light
The crocus doesn't wait for permission. Neither does what's been pushing through in you. Week one of the protocol β noticing what you normally filter out.
β¦
WEEK 4 Growing Conditions
Nothing grows well in the wrong conditions. An honest, compassionate audit: what is this garden actually asking for?
β¦
WEEK 5 Fallow
No call. No content. One question sent to the group. What does your garden look like when no one's watching?
β¦
WEEK 6 The Cold Snap
In spring, there's always a frost. The plants that survive are the ones with genuine root. What is yours made of?
β¦
WEEK 7 The Wild Thing
Beltane. Fire. Full sensory spring. The question this week: what have you been calling a weed that might actually be a wildflower?
β¦
WEEK 8 Full Bloom
The permission week. Re-enchantment not as technique but as state. What do you let yourself fully enjoy, without moving on?
β¦
WEEK 9 The Gardener
Return to the collage. What arrived? What surprised you? Who was tending this all along, beneath the ego making plans?
WHAT BLOOMS?
You do.
And it lasts.
The nine weeks are just the beginning. What we learn together here β how to notice, how to work with what surfaces, how to let yourself unfold and come alive β becomes something you carry forward into the rest of your life.
By the end of nine weeks, women describe:
Being present in their own life instead of managing it or wrestling with it
Creativity returning, their playful self coming back
Actually feeling pleasure instead of immediately moving on to the next thing
Knowing what they want and not apologising for it
Staying grounded and graceful when things get hard
Like the medicine they actually are (no longer defined by who they think they βshouldβ be)
Feeling fully like themselves again
IN THEIR OWN WORDS
"I loved microdosing and found it surprisingly powerful. I never imagined it would create such a beautiful pace to life."
"Remembering that life can be easy and joyous. A whole weekend spent with my family doing nothing much, but feeling light and that there were possibilities."
"I loved the 'what am I noticing?' line of enquiry. I found myself really pausing to consider how I felt β gazing at the detail on a butterfly, soaking in the sound of the sea to the core of my being."
"I'm writing! I'm just throwing myself into creative endeavours without second-guessing. I've got the big 'mo' β momentum."
"My connection to myself and my commitment to how I show up for myself. I am more centred in my actions and words. I notice more joy in everyday tasks."
"I feel like I have developed a much stronger sense of my own boundaries. I am so much clearer."
"Itβs transformed my outlook and ability to see with clarity."
WHO THIS IS FOR
You don't need convincing.
You need the right container.
BLOOM is for the woman who is already in motion β not the one who needs persuading she needs to change.
You're psychologically aware. You've done the work. Your frustration isn't lack of insight β it's that insight hasn't reliably translated into lived change, especially under stress, relational pressure, or when life gets full.
You're tired of chasing temporary lifts that fade quickly. You want a deeper experience that both respects what youβve already achieved, and delivers lasting change.
You may have microdosed before, or you may be coming to this for the first time. Either way, you understand this isn't a mood hack. It's away to explore and experience more of your power and potential.
This is not for you if:
You're in acute crisis or significant mental health difficulty
You're looking for group therapy (BLOOM is coaching-led β we work with current patterns that block full aliveness and self-expression)
You need convincing that change is possible (this programme assumes you're already on that path)

MICRODOSING FAQβs
Is microdosing safe?
With sensible screening (which we provide) and the right protocol, microdosing can be very safe and non-addictive. It is not for everyone: we advise against it during pregnancy or breastfeeding, and for people with a history of psychosis. If you are on psychiatric or cardiac medication, or have a complex medical history, speak to a clinician you trust before starting.
Is it legal?
Laws vary by country and substance. We focus on education and harm reduction. Please check your local laws.
Will I feel βhighβ or impaired?
No. A true microdose is sub-perceptual. You should feel sober and functional. If you feel altered, the dose is too high. Reduce next time. Do not drive if you feel any impairment.
Can I microdose if I am on HRT or the pill?
Yes. There is no evidence that psilocybin reduces hormonal contraceptive effectiveness and in can in cat support with symptoms of PMS and Perimenopause. Keep medications stable while you calibrate your dose and track how you feel.
What substances do you cover?
We primarily teach microdosing with psilocybin (mushrooms or truffles). We also cover Kanna (a legal psychoactive in many places) which many women find helpful for heart-opening, easing anxiety, and gentle mood lift. Advanced options are discussed for experienced microdosers, these are all contained in our guide.
Do you supply the microdoses?
No. We do not source or supply substances and we cover what we can and cannot advise on obtaining controlled substances on the welcome call.
I have never microdosed before, how do I do it?
We cover this extensively inside the programme and in our brand new 56-page Guide Art and Skill of Microdosing for Women Ebook which you get for for free.
What if I tried microdosing before and it did not work?
That is common without structure. The combination of dose calibration, a clear intention, micro-practices, and weekly reflection usually solves it.
