Meet Naz & Rachel

We’re Naz and Rachel, and we’re both experienced coaches certified by the Psychedelic Coaching Institute. Naz specialises in women's empowerment and relationships, and Rachel helps women navigate the twists and turns of midlife, turning the challenges life throws our way into opportunities for new growth.

A decade or so ago, things were very different!

Rachel's Story:

From high stress London to tranquil country living, my life back then couldn't be more different to where I am today. 

The life I loved in my 20s and 30s had become exhausting, and my heart wasn’t in it anymore. Toxic workplaces and the constant battle to balance work and family life led to anxiety and burnout… and the return of unhelpful patterns of reactivity.

Yoga and talk therapy were getting me nowhere fast. The turning point came when I discovered that trauma is stored in the body - and that one of the most effective ways to integrate it is using MDMA. My journey’s been a rollercoaster – dark moments intertwined with awe-inspiring ones. But it’s been well worth it. Life today: walking in the woods, meaningful work, and a serene life rhythm. 

Crossing paths with Naz in the rainforest felt like fate: our mission now is to help other women discover the transformation we've both been fortunate to experience.

Naz's Story:

Life looked great on paper.

Devoted friends, a loving partner, and a thriving business running exotic retreats.

Yet I couldn’t shake off my daily anxiety and unsettling moods. My doctor proposed antidepressants, but I knew I needed to find a different answer.

When I came across Aylet Waldman's book on microdosing LSD, I decided to dive in. The results? Almost magical. The once-crippling anxiety faded, and my days found new vibrancy. But the true insight? I realised my life was not fully aligned. I'd been capping my own potential without knowing it.

With renewed clarity, I embraced change - challenging old norms, redefining my business, and trusting my instincts. Every choice was a step towards a more fulfilling life: richer experiences, deeper connections, and greater impact. Meeting Rachel in Costa Rica felt like destiny.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is microdosing safe?

With sensible screening (which we provide)  and the right protocol, microdosing can be very safe and non-addictive. It is not for everyone: we advise against it during pregnancy or breastfeeding, and for people with a history of psychosis. If you are on psychiatric or cardiac medication, or have a complex medical history, speak to a clinician you trust before starting.

Is it legal?
Laws vary by country and substance. We focus on education and harm reduction. Please check your local laws.

Will I feel “high” or impaired?
No. A true microdose is sub-perceptual. You should feel sober and functional. If you feel altered, the dose is too high. Reduce next time. Do not drive if you feel any impairment
.

Can I microdose if I am on HRT or the pill?
Yes. There is no evidence that psilocybin reduces hormonal contraceptive effectiveness and in can in cat support with symptoms of PMS and Perimenopause. Keep medications stable while you calibrate your dose and track how you feel.

What substances do you cover?

We primarily teach microdosing with psilocybin (mushrooms or truffles). We also cover Kanna (a legal psychoactive in many places) which many women find helpful for heart-opening, easing anxiety, and gentle mood lift. Advanced options are discussed for experienced microdosers, these are all contained in our guide.

Do you supply the microdoses?
No. We do not source or supply substances and we cannot advise on obtaining controlled substances.

I have never microdosed before, how do I do it?

What if I tried microdosing before and it did not work?
That is common without structure. The combination of dose calibration, a clear intention, micro-practices, and weekly reflection usually solves it.
